Delivery Policy

Hanaya delivers flowers across Sydney with our network of experienced drivers and couriers. We offer delivery from Wednesday to Sunday on orders with a minimum spend of $69.95. We do not deliver on public holidays. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

Our normal hours of delivery are between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Weekends. If the address is unattended, or the addressee uncontactable, we may leave the flowers in a safe place if there is one available. 

If you have specific delivery requests or details, please include those in the delivery notes at checkout.

If you require delivery at a specific time, a special courier service may be required and this may attract a surcharge.
