Delivery Policy

Hanaya delivers flowers across Sydney with our network of experienced drivers and couriers. We can offer delivery from Tuesday to Sunday. We do not deliver on public holidays. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

Our normal hours of delivery are between 10am and 6pm on Weekdays and 10am to 3pm on Weekends. If the address is unattended, or the addressee uncontactable, we may leave the flowers in a safe place if there is one available. 

If you have specific delivery requests or details, please include those in the delivery notes at checkout.

If you require delivery at a specific time, a special courier service may be required and this may attract a surcharge.
