How far in advance should I place my order?
All orders must be placed 1 day in advance.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes can be made to your order. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can assist you.
What is your return or refund policy?
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes, we offer both delivery and pickup options. For delivery details, please refer to our Delivery Policy.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the picture?
Due to seasonal changes and market availability, the final arrangement may vary slightly from the product image.
Our designers will thoughtfully substitute with fresh, similar blooms that maintain the overall look, feel, and value of the arrangement.

How do I care for my flowers?
To help your flowers last longer:

Trim 1–2 inches off the stems at a 45-degree angle using sharp scissors or a knife (avoid crushing stems).

Fill a clean vase with fresh, room-temperature water. Flower food can be added.

Change the water every 1–2 days, or sooner if it becomes cloudy.

Remove any wilted flowers or leaves to help the remaining blooms last longer.
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat.
Care instructions may also be included with your delivery.

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

How do I place a custom order?
You can contact us with your requirements, including style, colour palette, date, and budget.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date. Otherwise, the order will not be fulfilled.
What happens if I cancel my order?
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date.
